Tom Kha Gai
A popular homemade Thai dish with chicken breast, coconut milk, galangal or ginger, well suited for a family menu.

Istruzioni
For Tom Kha Gai, cut the mushrooms and chicken breast into convenient pieces.
In a pot, heat the fat or a small amount of liquid and sauté the mushrooms for 3–5 minutes.
Add the chicken breast and mushrooms, then pour in the coconut milk and fish sauce.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the densest ingredients are tender.
At the end, stir in the galangal or ginger, lemongrass, lime, and coconut milk, then season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup at the appropriate temperature: hot for hearty soups or well chilled for cold ones.
