Prepare the ham and wheat flour: slice, boil or fry the ingredients that require preliminary cooking.

Place the ham and wheat flour in a baking dish in layers or as an even mixture.

Add the hard cheese, nutmeg, chicory and milk as a topping, cheese, sauce or aromatic component.
