Spicy beans in tomato sauce with garlic and paprika

  • carota1 pz

  • pepe nero1 a piacere
  • prezzemolo15 g

Istruzioni

Soak the beans overnight; boil until tender (40–50 min).

Sauté the onion and carrot for 5 min.

Add the tomato paste; braise for 3 min.

Add the beans with a small amount of the cooking liquid; stir to combine.

Season with minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.

Braise for 15 min. Garnish with parsley.
