Wash the fruits, cut the apples and pears into slices.

Cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 min over low heat.

Add the berries and cook for another 5 min.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add honey to taste once the drink is no longer boiling.

Steep for 30 min and serve warm or chilled.
