Istruzioni

Knead an elastic dough from flour, water, egg and salt; leave to rest.

Finely shred the cabbage and braise with onion until soft.

Season the filling with salt and pepper and let it cool.

Roll out the dough, cut out circles and fill with cabbage.

Pinch the edges firmly together.

Cook for 3–4 minutes after they float to the surface; serve with fried onion.
