Armenian Manti
Small open manti, baked and served with a yogurt sauce.
Ingredienti
- farina di frumento400 g
- carne macinata di manzo450 g
- cipolla1 pz
- yogurt naturale200 g
- aglio2 spicchi
- concentrato di pomodoro2 cucchiaio
Istruzioni
Knead a firm dough from flour, water and salt and leave it to rest.
Prepare the filling from wheat flour, ground beef, spices and salt, making sure it is not too runny.
Roll the dough out thinly and cut into rounds or sheets of the desired shape.
Place the filling on top and pinch the edges tightly so that the juices do not leak out.
Boil, steam or bake according to the tradition of this dish.
Serve Armenian Manti hot with sauce, broth or fresh herbs.
