- basilico50 g
- queso fresco o feta150 g
- latte150 ml

Istruzioni
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until cooked, reserving some of the cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the spinach and heat it in a pan.
Add the spinach and cook until the desired softness.
Stir in the milk, basil, queso fresco or feta, and nuts, and heat until a smooth sauce forms.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little of the cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while the dish is hot.
