Ingredients
- Feta or white cheese180 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Plain yogurt200 g
- Butter40 g
- Filo pastry400 g
- Oil2 tbsp
Instructions

Crumble feta or bryndza and mix with eggs and yogurt.

Lay out the phyllo sheets and lightly brush each with oil or butter.

Spread filling on the sheets and roll them or layer them in a dish.

Pour the remaining egg-yogurt mixture over the top.

Bake at 180-190°C until puffed and golden.
