Burrito Bowl
A popular mexican home-style dish with rice, chicken or beef, black beans, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Rice300 g
- Chicken or beef500 g
- Black beans250 g
- Corn150 g
- Avocado1 pcs
- Salsa150 g
- Cheese100 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Cilantro15 g
- Paprika1 tsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Lime1 pcs
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g
Instructions
Cook the rice until fluffy and mix it with lime and cilantro if desired.
Warm the beans with cumin, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
Cook chicken, beef, or vegetables with spices until done.
Prepare tomatoes, avocado, corn, lettuce, and onion as toppings.
Layer rice, beans, protein, vegetables, and cheese in a bowl.
Add salsa, sour cream, or yogurt sauce and serve with lime.
