Classic Churros
Spanish fried dough sticks with sugar and cinnamon
Ingredients
- Wheat flour250 g
- Water250 ml
- Butter40 g
- Sugar80 g
- Cinnamon1 tsp
- Oil for frying600 ml
Instructions
Prepare wheat flour, water, butter, sugar and cinnamon for Classic Churros.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add sugar, cinnamon, butter and oil for frying at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
