Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs80 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Beef broth800 ml
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Chop onion and prepare pork and beef mince, eggs and beef broth.

Mix with breadcrumbs and mustard, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Shape patties, balls, or small sausages of even size.

Fry in a pan or grill until browned and cooked through.
