Ingredients

  • Strawberries400 g
  • Meringues100 g
  • Heavy cream300 ml
  • Powdered sugar30 g
  • Vanilla1 tsp

Mash half the strawberries with a little powdered sugar.

Slice the remaining strawberries.

Whip cream with vanilla to soft peaks.
