Ingredients

  • Basmati rice250 g
  • Smoked fish300 g
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Curry powder2 tsp
  • Butter40 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Milk200 ml

Instructions

Cook the rice until fluffy.

Steam or gently heat the fish in milk, then flake it.

Boil eggs hard or medium-soft.

Fry onion in butter with curry powder.
