- Feta200 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Wheat flour300 g
- Dill20 g
- Mint15 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Grate the zucchini, salt it, let stand for 10 minutes, then squeeze well.

Chop the dill and mint and crumble the feta.

Mix the zucchini with feta, egg, flour, herbs, salt, and pepper.
