Shrimp Saganaki

Shrimp in tomato sauce with feta and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp300 g
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Feta200 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Shrimp Saganaki, cut canned tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley and shrimp into serving pieces.

Brown shrimp lightly.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in olive oil and add feta.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
