- Chicken breast700 g
- Yogurt200 g
- Tomatoes500 g
- Cream200 ml
- Garam masala2 tsp
- Ginger20 g
- Garlic cloves4 cloves
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Fresh ginger1 tsp
Instructions

For Chicken Tikka Masala, cut tomatoes, garlic cloves and chicken breast into serving pieces.

Brown chicken breast lightly.

Add garlic cloves and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in yogurt and cream and add garam masala and ginger.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
