Ingredients

  • Bulgur250 g
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Mint15 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Ground cumin1 tsp

Instructions

Cover bulgur with hot water, cover, and let it soften.

Mix tomato and pepper paste with olive oil, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses.

Fluff the bulgur with a fork and mix with the paste dressing.

Add finely chopped spring onion, parsley, mint, and tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili to taste.
