- Salmon fillet700 g
- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Mirin3 tbsp
- Honey2 tbsp
- Ginger10 g
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Fresh ginger1 tsp

For Teriyaki Salmon, cut salmon fillet, soy sauce, mirin, honey and ginger into serving pieces.

Brown salmon fillet, soy sauce and mirin lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce and add salmon fillet, mirin and honey.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
