Ingredients

  • Pasta300 g
  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Hard cheese150 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Cook pasta in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop onion and warm in a pan.

Add pork and beef mince, eggs and onion and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in milk and hard cheese and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
