Hungarian mushroom stew with paprika and sour cream

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms700 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Paprika1.5 tbsp
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Mushroom Porkolt, cut mushrooms, onion and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown mushrooms and onion lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in oil and add paprika and sour cream.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
