- Plain yogurt250 g
- Butter40 g
- Eggs2 pcs

- Parsley20 g

- Baking powder1 tsp
- Milk200 ml
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
Instructions

Make yeast or soda dough from flour, yogurt or milk, butter, salt, and baking powder or yeast.

Crumble the cheese and prepare it as filling or mix it into the dough.

Roll the dough or spread it in a baking dish.

Add cheese in layers or shape small buns with cheese inside.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame or nigella seeds.
