Ingredients

  • Chickpeas300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Oregano1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dried oregano1 tsp

Instructions

Rinse chickpeas, onion and garlic; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and garlic and saute until soft.

Add chickpeas, onion and garlic and pour in olive oil.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in lemon, oregano and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
