Ingredients

  • Beef800 g
  • Cilantro80 g
  • Beer or broth400 ml
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Peas150 g
  • Carrots2 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Seco de Carne, cut onion, carrots and beef into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onion and carrots and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in beer or broth and add cilantro and peas.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
