- Celeriac200 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Cream250 ml
- Broth600 ml
- Lemon0.5 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

For Svickova, cut carrots, celeriac, onions and beef into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add carrots and onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in cream and broth and add lemon.
