Swedish almond cake with a caramel topping
Ingredients
- Wheat flour400 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Sugar80 g
- Butter40 g
- Cream200 ml
- Flaked almonds120 g
Instructions
Prepare wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter and cream for Tosca Cake.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add sugar, flaked almonds, butter and cream at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
