Ingredients

  • Chicken broth900 ml
  • Halloumi200 g
  • Trahana180 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Bring the chicken broth to a boil.

Add the trahana, reduce the heat, and cook, stirring, for 10-15 minutes.

Dice or grate the halloumi.

When the soup thickens, add the halloumi and warm for 2-3 minutes.
