Ingredients
- Potatoes600 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Bryndza cheese250 g
- Bacon or pork fat150 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g
Instructions

Finely grate potatoes and mix with flour and salt into a thick dough.

Push small dumplings through a spaetzle maker or drop by spoon into boiling salted water.

Cook until the dumplings float, then drain.

Fry bacon or cracklings until crisp.

Mix hot dumplings with bryndza so it becomes creamy.
