- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Eggs2 pcs
- Milk300 ml
- Breadcrumbs70 g
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

Very finely chop the onion.

Mix the mince with onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
