Danish meat patties with onion and milk

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Breadcrumbs70 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Very finely chop the onion.

Mix the mince with onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Knead well and let stand for 10 minutes.

Shape small oval frikadeller with a spoon.

Fry in butter for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
