  • Potatoes600 g
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Bacon200 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml

Grate raw potatoes and squeeze well; mash some boiled potatoes.

Mix raw and boiled potatoes with flour and salt.

Shape large balls, placing a piece of salted meat inside if desired.

Bring salted water or broth to a gentle simmer.
