Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough300 g
  • Feta200 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Sigara Boregi, cut parsley and eggs into serving pieces.

Brown eggs lightly.

Add parsley and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in oil and add phyllo dough and feta.
