Ingredients

  • Potatoes700 g
  • Corned beef or cooked beef300 g
  • Pickled beetroot200 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Pickles4 pcs
  • Butter40 g

Instructions

Boil potatoes and mash them with butter.

Fry onion until soft.

Finely chop or mince the corned beef and beetroot.

Mix potatoes, meat, beetroot, and onion, then heat together.
