Ingredients

  • Pork or lamb800 g
  • Onion3 pcs
  • Wine vinegar2 tbsp

Instructions

Cut the Pork or lamb into even pieces so they cook evenly.

Mix a marinade from Onion, spices, acid, or oil from the recipe.
