Venezuelan Asado Negro

  • Beef1000 g
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Red wine300 ml
  • Brown sugar3 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce250 g
  • Broth400 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml

Instructions

For Venezuelan Asado Negro, cut onions, tomato sauce and beef into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in red wine and broth and add brown sugar.
