Ingredients
- Rice flour250 g
- Coconut milk300 ml
- Turmeric1 tsp
- Shrimp300 g
- Pork250 g
- Bean sprouts200 g
Instructions
Mix rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, and water into a thin batter.
Quickly fry shrimp, pork, or tofu in a hot pan.
Pour in a thin layer of batter and swirl it around the pan.
Add bean sprouts and spring onion, then cover for a few minutes.
When the edges are crisp, fold the pancake in half.
Serve with lettuce leaves, herbs, and nuoc cham sauce.
