Portuguese pork sandwiches in a spicy marinade

Ingredients

  • Thin pork slices600 g
  • Bread rolls4 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Dry white wine150 ml
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Mustard2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml

Slice the pork very thinly and lightly pound it.

Mix white wine, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper; marinate the pork for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan and quickly fry the meat in batches for 1-2 minutes per side.

Pour a little marinade into the pan and reduce it into a flavorful sauce.
