Ingredients

  • Rolled oats120 g
  • Apples3 pcs
  • Plain yogurt250 g
  • Honey2 tbsp
  • Walnuts100 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Bircher Muesli, cut rolled oats, apples, plain yogurt, honey and walnuts into serving pieces.

Brown rolled oats, apples and plain yogurt lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in plain yogurt and milk and add rolled oats, apples and honey.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
