  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Bacon180 g
  • Hard cheese180 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Swiss chard leaves12 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Capuns, cut eggs, bacon and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown eggs and bacon lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in milk and cream and add hard cheese and swiss chard leaves.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
