Ingredients

  • Ground pork or patties500 g
  • Rice noodles300 g
  • Fish sauce4 tbsp
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • Limes2 pcs
  • Mint30 g
  • Lettuce150 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Chop mint and prepare ground pork or patties.

Mix with rice noodles, sugar, limes and lettuce, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Shape patties, balls, or small sausages of even size.

Fry in a pan or grill until browned and cooked through.
