- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Rice250 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Celery stalks2 стебла

- Broth or water800 ml
- Parsley20 g

Instructions

Dice the onion, carrot, and celery finely.

Mix the mince with rice, egg, half the onion, salt, and pepper; shape small meatballs.

Saute the remaining onion, carrot, and celery in a pot for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and broth or water and bring to a boil.

Drop in the meatballs and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice inside is tender.
