Ingredients

  • Rice250 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Dry white wine150 ml
  • Fish broth800 ml
  • Squid400 g
  • Squid ink1 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Dry wine150 ml

Instructions

Clean the squid and cut it into rings or pieces.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and saute in oil until soft.

Add the rice and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring.

Pour in the white wine and let it almost fully evaporate.

Gradually add hot fish broth, stirring, for 15-18 minutes.

Add the squid and squid ink, cook for another 3-4 minutes, and serve immediately.
