Instructions
Prepare Chicken thigh, Allspice, Thyme, Rice: pat dry, portion, and score lightly if needed.
Mix the marinade from the listed spices, acid, oil, and aromatics.
Rub the main ingredient with the marinade and let it stand for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill, pan, or oven to high temperature.
Cook until browned and fully done inside, turning as needed.
