Ingredients

  • Cassava flour250 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter60 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Render bacon or heat butter or oil in a pan.

Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add garlic, carrot, or egg if desired and cook briefly.

Gradually add cassava flour, stirring constantly.

Toast for 3-5 minutes until the farofa is dry, crumbly, and aromatic.
