Ingredients

  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Feta or white cheese180 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Roast or fry the peppers until soft, peel if desired, and slice them.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and chop the tomatoes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes.

Add the peppers, tomatoes, and garlic and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Add crumbled feta or white cheese and stir.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes until creamy and serve warm.
