- Green peas600 g
- Milk300 ml
- Sour cream100 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Parsley20 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Sugar1 tsp
- Egg1 pcs
Instructions

Put green peas in a pot with a little water or milk.

Add salt and sugar if desired and cook until tender.

Separately mix sour cream or milk with flour until smooth.
