Thick Hungarian vegetable stew made with green peas

Ingredients

  • Green peas600 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Egg1 pcs

Instructions

Put green peas in a pot with a little water or milk.

Add salt and sugar if desired and cook until tender.

Separately mix sour cream or milk with flour until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the peas, stirring constantly.

Cook for a few minutes until creamy and thick.
