Ingredients

  • Lamb600 g
  • White cabbage500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth or water400 ml

Instructions

For Farikal, cut lamb, white cabbage and potatoes into serving pieces.

Brown lamb and white cabbage lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in broth or water and add the ingredients.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
