Ingredients

  • Beef500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Broth or water400 ml
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Cut the meat into cubes and braise or boil until tender.

Dice potatoes, carrots, onion, and root vegetables.

Add the vegetables to the meat with broth.

Simmer until everything is very soft.

Partly mash the potatoes so the stew thickens.

Serve with pickles or beets.
