Ingredients

  • White fish500 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs80 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Poach or simmer the white fish for 5-7 minutes, then flake it.

Mix the potatoes, fish, egg, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Shape into cakes and coat in breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.

Serve with lemon and a green salad.
