  • White cabbage600 g
  • Bacon180 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Boil or fry bacon or bacon joint until cooked, depending on the type.

Cut cabbage into large pieces.

Melt butter in a pot or use some bacon fat.

Add cabbage, a little water or broth, salt, and pepper.
