Ingredients

  • Butter40 g
  • Barley flour300 g
  • Kefir or cultured milk300 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Baking soda0.5 tsp
  • Baking powder1 tsp

Instructions

Mix barley flour, wheat flour, salt, and baking powder or soda.

Add kefir, yogurt, or sour milk and make a thick sticky dough.

Shape into a flat round loaf on a floured baking sheet.

Prick the surface with a fork.
