Bulgarian minced meat rolls with spices

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Mix the mince with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture for 4-5 minutes until firm.

Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Shape into small long sausages.
